Raised in a musical family in the Philadelphia area, DJ Collision picked up his first set of turntables at the young age of 12. Eager to get into the music business during his senior year of high school, he enrolled in college courses where he was trained by the engineers and producers of Will Smith, Teddy Pendergrass, Bon Jovi, and many other well respected musicians.
In 2004, while spinning EDM at night clubs, he began his first mix show on WJKS Kiss 101.7 FM spinning Hip-Hop, Reggae and R&B. He has performed at hundreds of night clubs throughout the US and stadiums including the PNC Park, Wells Fargo Center, Citizens Bank Park and the M&T Bank Stadium. He is known for his quick mixing skills, clean blends, scratches and his remixes played by thousands of other DJs throughout the world.
